Horseback Riding Lessons
Morning Grit offers individualized beginner and intermediate horseback riding lessons in our outdoor arena April through October. Ages 6 through adult is recommended.

The 45 min. hands-on, all encompassing lessons include not only riding techniques but safety, basic care, grooming, saddling, mounting, balance, control, and communication on/off the horse.
Boots and jean or pants are required. Horse, tack, and helmet are provided.

Shawn is a local Kansas native who grew up riding and showing horses at the local and national level. She's taught lessons to beginners all the way to advanced riders. Shawn's lessons focus on safety and fun while teaching all the basics of caring for and riding a horse.
